Description
Serra Center owns and operates three Intermediate Care facilities in Fremont. 24-hour care and supervision are provided for our clients who need recurring nursing services. We also provide Supported Living Services; these services help individuals work towards their long-range personal goals, while exercising meaningful personal choice and control in their daily lives. Serra Center also provides living skill training and support with the focus on the individual leading the most self-managed life as possible in the least restrictive environment. We also provide counseling and behavioral health services with developmental disabilities and their families.
