California Nursery Garden Club
Our Garden Club preserves and beautifies the historic gardens created in 1907 and 1934 for generations to come - as a tangible link to the California Nursery Company's past. We are preserving the cultural heritage of the nursery so generations to come will have an authentic visual connection to the people who made this nursery landscape. We are a community of gardeners of diverse backgrounds who work for the common good of our region. We teach people about the plants and the gardens, the history of horticulture, and the history of the California Nursery Company. We make connections with other organizations related to horticulture - roses, palms, fruit, ornamentals, succulents, conifers, native, and introduced plants. Our garden is a serene beautiful space for people to enjoy nature and to get away from it all for a little while.
