Her presentation, Mission, Vision, and Values…Oh My! will cover how to create impactful vision and value statements, and when a mission statement might need a makeover.

Your nonprofit has a mission statement, but you’ve heard you should also have vision and value statements and you aren’t sure what those are or how to develop them. Or your mission statement is over ten years old and you’re wondering if it needs to be updated. Maybe you are reviewing all the statements as part of a strategic planning effort. She will suggest ways of developing impactful statements that will guide your organization’s strategy, outreach and day-to-day operations.
