HERS Breast Cancer Foundation
Fremont-based nonprofit organization HERS Breast Cancer Foundation is seeking a full-time staff member to provide assessment and fitting services for post-surgical products. While no experience is necessary, previous medical office experience is helpful. We provide on-the-job training and work with our Breast Care Specialists to facilitate obtaining their CFm (Certified Mastectomy Fitter) designation.
The ideal candidate will have sales and customer experience, a warm and compassionate nature, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus. Bilingual and multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. A background check is required.

Serra Center – Development Manager
Serra Center is a non-profit agency in its 46th year of providing compassionate care for over 80 adults with developmental disabilities residing in community-based licensed Residential Care Homes, Independent and Supported Living Services in Fremont and the greater Bay Area. The Development Manager is responsible for the management and implementation of agency efforts to raise money in support of Serra Center and the individuals served. The qualified candidate must possess the ability to compassionately communicate the mission of Serra Center to friends, donors and the community at large. Developing relationships with donors, including assisting them in moving to major and planned gifts is essential.
Serra Center – Program Supervisor – Supported Living Services
The Program Supervisor oversees a caseload of clients from the agency’s Supported Living Services. The Program Supervisor is responsible for the supervision, training and evaluation of Coordinators and Instructors working directly with the clients on their caseload. The Program Supervisor is directly responsible for development of each client’s Individual Support Plan (ISP) and ensuring that individuals served are receiving support and training in accordance with this plan. This position is directly responsible for the development of the Supported Living Services program to include fiscal management, referral, assessment, intake and coordination of services.
